موبايل أندرويد

سامسونج، شاومي، أوبو، ريلمي، هواوي، وغيرهم

نزّل تطبيق Nile Crew للأندرويد
  1. دوس على الزرار الأزرق اللي فوق.
  2. لو الموبايل قالك إن الملف ممكن يضرّ الجهاز، دوس «تنزيل على أي حال» (Download anyway).
  3. لما التحميل يخلص، افتح الملف nile-hr.apk من الإشعار أو من «التنزيلات».
  4. لو ظهرلك إن الموبايل مش مسموح له يثبّت تطبيقات من المصدر ده: دوس «الإعدادات»، وفعّل «السماح من هذا المصدر» (Allow from this source)، وارجع.
  5. موبايل سامسونج حديث (زي Galaxy Z Fold أو Z Flip) وقالك إن التثبيت اتمنع؟ ده Auto Blocker — شوف «سامسونج: التثبيت اتمنع» تحت.
  6. دوس «تثبيت» (Install) وبعدين «فتح» (Open). الأيقونة اسمها Nile Crew.
  7. سجّل دخول باسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور اللي في الورقة اللي استلمتها من الـ HR.
  8. التطبيق هيطلب منك تغيّر كلمة المرور. اختار كلمة جديدة ومتقولهاش لحد.
  9. لما يسألك على الموقع: اختار «دقيق» (Precise)، وبعدين «أثناء استخدام التطبيق» (While using the app).
  10. لازم يكون للموبايل قفل شاشة (بصمة / وش / رقم سري) عشان تبصم — التطبيق بيطلبه منك مع كل بصمة. موبايلك مالوش قفل؟ اعمله من «الإعدادات» الأول.

نسخة جديدة؟ نزّلها من هنا وثبّتها فوق القديمة — مش محتاج تمسح القديمة.

آيفون

على الآيفون مفيش ملف تنزّله: التطبيق بيفتح من Safari، وبتضيفه على الشاشة الرئيسية فيبقى زي أي تطبيق.

افتح صفحة التطبيق
  1. افتح Safari (البوصلة الزرقا) — مش Chrome. لو فتحت الرابط من واتساب، دوس على علامة البوصلة عشان يفتح في Safari نفسه.
  2. افتح العنوان hr.nilelogistics.com/app — أو دوس الزرار الأزرق اللي فوق.
  3. دوس زرار المشاركة (مربع طالع منه سهم لفوق). مش لاقيه؟ دوس «⋯» الأول وبعدين «مشاركة».
  4. انزل في القايمة واختار «إضافة إلى الشاشة الرئيسية» (Add to Home Screen)، وبعدين «إضافة» (Add).
  5. من هنا ورايح افتح Nile Crew من الأيقونة اللي على الشاشة الرئيسية — مش من Safari.
  6. أول مرة تفتحه لازم يكون فيه إنترنت. بعد كده بيفتح حتى لو النت فاصل.
  7. سجّل دخول بالورقة اللي استلمتها من الـ HR، وغيّر كلمة المرور لما يطلب منك.
  8. لما يسألك على الموقع دوس «السماح» (Allow)، واتأكد إن «الموقع الدقيق» (Precise Location) شغال.
  9. لو طلب منك Face ID أو رمز الموبايل، وافق — ده عشان محدش غيرك يبصم مكانك.
  10. دوس «شغّل الإشعارات» جوه التطبيق ووافق على «السماح» (Allow) — عشان يوصلك تذكير البصمة وردود طلباتك. الإشعارات بتشتغل بس لما تفتح التطبيق من الأيقونة اللي على الشاشة الرئيسية.

مشاكل شائعة

الموقع مقفول أو التطبيق مش لاقي مكانك

شغّل «الموقع» (Location) واسمح لـ Nile Crew يستخدمه.

أندرويد: الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← Nile Crew ← الأذونات ← الموقع ← «السماح فقط أثناء استخدام التطبيق»، وشغّل «استخدام الموقع الدقيق».

Settings → Apps → Nile Crew → Permissions → Location → Allow only while using the app + Use precise location

آيفون: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمن ← خدمات الموقع ← مواقع Safari ← «أثناء استخدام التطبيق»، وشغّل «الموقع الدقيق».

Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Safari Websites → While Using the App + Precise Location

الموقع مش دقيق

قرّب من شباك أو اطلع برّه المبنى، استنى ثواني، وجرّب تاني. واتأكد إن «الموقع الدقيق» شغال.

بعد الساعة 12:00 الضهر

تسجيل الحضور بيقفل الساعة 12:00 الضهر بالظبط. بعدها التطبيق مش هيقبل حضور اليوم ده — كلّم الـ HR.

بصمت قبل 12 والنت كان فاصل؟ البصمة محفوظة على الموبايل: افتح التطبيق أول ما النت يرجع وهتتبعت لوحدها.

التطبيق بيقول إن الموبايل ده مش بتاعك

حسابك بيشتغل على موبايل واحد بس. غيّرت موبايلك، أو عملتله فورمات، أو التطبيق رفض الموبايل؟ كلّم الـ IT.

التحميل أو التثبيت مش راضي (أندرويد)

اتأكد إن فيه مساحة فاضية على الموبايل وجرّب تاني. التحميل خلص ومفيش حاجة فتحت؟ افتح «ملفاتي» أو «التنزيلات» ودوس على nile-hr.apk — ومتنزّلش الملف كذا مرة: كل مرة بتبدأ من الأول. لو ظهر تحذير Play Protect: دوس «مزيد من التفاصيل» (More details) ← «التثبيت على أي حال» (Install anyway) — بس لو الملف نازل من الصفحة دي. لسه مش راضي؟ كلّم الـ IT.

نزل بس قال «التطبيق لم يتم تثبيته» (App not installed)

أغلب الوقت ده معناه إن مساحة الموبايل مليانة: الأندرويد بيسيب حوالي نص جيجا فاضية لنفسه، ومش بيثبّت أي تطبيق لو المساحة هتقل عنها. فضّي ١ جيجا على الأقل (فيديوهات وصور واتساب القديمة، أو تطبيقات مش بتستخدمها)، وبعدين افتح nile-hr.apk تاني من «ملفاتي» أو «التنزيلات» — مش محتاج تنزّله تاني. بعد ما يتثبّت تقدر تمسح الملف من «التنزيلات». موبايل سامسونج؟ شوف «سامسونج: التثبيت اتمنع». ولو الموبايل أندرويد ٦ أو أقدم، التطبيق مش هيتثبّت عليه — كلّم الـ IT.

سامسونج: التثبيت اتمنع (Auto Blocker)

موبايلات سامسونج الحديثة (زي Galaxy Z Fold وZ Flip من الجيل السادس وطالع، وموبايلات Galaxy جديدة تانية) جاية من المصنع وAuto Blocker شغّال، وده بيمنع أي تطبيق مش نازل من Google Play أو Galaxy Store. عشان تثبّت: «الإعدادات» ← «الأمان والخصوصية» (Security and privacy) ← Auto Blocker ← اقفله (هيطلب منك البصمة أو الرقم السري)، وبعدين افتح nile-hr.apk تاني ودوس «تثبيت». تقدر ترجّعه بعد التثبيت — بس ساعتها تحديثات التطبيق هتتمنع هي كمان، لحد ما تقفله تاني وقت التحديث.

الأيقونة بتفتح صفحة التحميل دي (آيفون)

يبقى الإضافة اتعملت من الصفحة دي بدل صفحة التطبيق. امسح الأيقونة، وافتح hr.nilelogistics.com/app في Safari، وكرّر الخطوات من خطوة 3.

نسيت كلمة المرور

كلّم الـ HR.

الصفحة دي مش محتاجة تسجيل دخول. ثبّت التطبيق من الصفحة دي بس (hr.nilelogistics.com) — ولو حد بعتلك ملف تاني، متثبّتوش.

The Nile Crew app

Record your attendance from your phone. Pick your phone type and follow the steps in order.

Android phone

Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Realme, Huawei and others

Download Nile Crew for Android
  1. Tap the blue button above.
  2. If the phone warns that the file may be harmful, tap Download anyway.
  3. When the download finishes, open nile-hr.apk from the notification or from Downloads.
  4. If the phone says it may not install apps from this source: tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
  5. A newer Samsung phone (such as a Galaxy Z Fold or Z Flip) says installing is blocked? That is Auto Blocker — see Samsung: installing is blocked below.
  6. Tap Install, then Open. The icon is called Nile Crew.
  7. Sign in with the username and password on the sheet you got from HR.
  8. The app asks you to change the password. Choose a new one and tell nobody.
  9. When it asks for your location: choose Precise, then While using the app.
  10. Your phone needs a screen lock (fingerprint, face or PIN) to punch — the app asks for it at every punch. No screen lock? Set one in Settings first.

A new version? Download it here and install it over the old one — no need to uninstall.

iPhone

There is no file to download on an iPhone. The app runs from Safari: you add it to your Home Screen and it opens like any other app.

Open the app page
  1. Open Safari (the blue compass) — not Chrome. Opened the link from WhatsApp? Tap the compass icon so it opens in Safari itself.
  2. Go to hr.nilelogistics.com/app — or tap the blue button above.
  3. Tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up). Can't see it? Tap ⋯ first, then Share.
  4. Scroll down, choose Add to Home Screen , then tap Add.
  5. From now on, open Nile Crew from the icon on your Home Screen — not from Safari.
  6. The first time you open it you need internet. After that it opens even without internet.
  7. Sign in with the sheet from HR, and change the password when it asks.
  8. When it asks for your location, tap Allow and make sure Precise Location is on.
  9. If it asks for Face ID or your passcode, accept — it makes sure nobody else punches for you.
  10. Tap Turn on notifications inside the app and choose Allow — for punch reminders and replies to your requests. Notifications only work when you open the app from its Home Screen icon.

Common problems

Location is off, or the app can't find you

Turn on Location and allow Nile Crew to use it.

Android: Settings → Apps → Nile Crew → Permissions → Location → Allow only while using the app, and turn on Use precise location.

iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Safari Websites → While Using the App, and turn on Precise Location.

“Location not precise”

Move near a window or step outside, wait a few seconds and try again. Make sure precise location is on.

After 12:00 noon

Check-in closes at exactly 12:00 noon. After that the app won't take a check-in for that day — contact HR.

Punched before 12:00 with no internet? The punch is saved on the phone: open the app as soon as the internet is back and it is sent by itself.

The app says this phone is not yours

Your account works on one phone only. New phone, a phone reset, or the app refuses this phone? Call IT.

Download or install fails (Android)

Make sure the phone has free space and try again. The download finished but nothing opened? Open My Files or Downloads and tap nile-hr.apk — and don't download it again and again: every download starts from zero. If Play Protect warns you, tap More details → Install anyway — but only for the file from this page. Still stuck? Call IT.

It downloaded, but says “App not installed”

Most of the time the phone’s storage is full: Android keeps about half a gigabyte free for itself and installs nothing that would go below it. Free up at least 1 GB (old WhatsApp videos and photos, apps you do not use), then open nile-hr.apk again from My Files or Downloads — no need to download it again. Once it is installed you can delete the file from Downloads. A Samsung phone? See Samsung: installing is blocked. On Android 6 or older the app cannot be installed — call IT.

Samsung: installing is blocked (Auto Blocker)

Newer Samsung phones (such as the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip from the 6th generation on, and other new Galaxy phones) come with Auto Blocker turned on, which blocks every app that is not from Google Play or the Galaxy Store. To install: Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker → turn it off (it asks for your fingerprint or PIN), then open nile-hr.apk again and tap Install. You can turn it back on afterwards — but then app updates are blocked too, until you turn it off again for the update.

The icon opens this page (iPhone)

It was added from the download page instead of the app. Delete the icon, open hr.nilelogistics.com/app in Safari, and repeat from step 3.
